Amber Heard

Amber Heard is an American actress, who is best known for her roles in films such as The Rum Diary, Magic Mike XXL, and Aquaman. She was born on April 22, 1986, in Austin, Texas, and grew up in a family of artists and intellectuals. After completing high school, she attended St. Edward's University in Austin, where she studied acting and literature. Heard made her film debut in 2004 with a small role in the sports drama Friday Night Lights. Over the next few years, she appeared in a number of independent films and television shows, including The CW's teen drama Hidden Palms and the indie film Remember the Daze. In 2011, she appeared in the comedy The Rum Diary, opposite Johnny Depp, which marked a turning point in her career.
